Strategy Call — 30 minutes

We listen first. Your business, your customers, your current marketing, your goals. We’re looking for fit on both sides — not every project is one we’ll take, and not every agency should be the one you choose. You leave with a clear roadmap whether you hire us or not.

From you: 30 minutes. No prep needed.

Scope & Quote — 48 hours

Within two business days you get a written scope, a flat price, a delivery date, and a payment schedule. No "starting at" pricing. No change-order traps. If we don’t think you need a piece of what you asked for, we’ll say so — before we quote it.

From you: Review and approve, or come back with questions. We expect questions.

Kickoff — Day 1 of the sprint

60-minute kickoff. We confirm scope, line up assets (logo, content, integrations, brand guidelines — whatever exists), and set the daily-update channel (usually Slack or email). The clock starts here.

From you: Existing brand assets if you have them. We can create from scratch if you don’t.

Build & Ship — Sprint execution

We work in 7-day sprints for websites, 14-day sprints for app projects. Daily progress updates. Mid-sprint review. End-of-sprint demo. Revision rounds are baked into the timeline — not bolted on after. The launch date is the launch date.

From you: Async review windows at agreed checkpoints — usually two or three over the sprint.

Launch — The boring-correct day

DNS cutover. SSL verified. Search Console verified. Sitemap submitted to Google, Bing, Perplexity. GA4 and conversion events live. We test forms end-to-end one more time. You get a launch summary with everything you now own — logins, code, credentials, hosting, the works.

From you: Domain access (or we handle DNS for you).

Optimize & Grow — Post-launch

30 days of free post-launch support. After that, you can self-manage, hire our $250/mo Site Care plan, or move into a full retainer (ads, SEO, social, ongoing dev). Most clients stay — 98% retention isn’t marketing copy, it’s the math.
